Why we make it: As a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, I don't believe in drinking the same green juice over and over. Different greens carry different amino acids and nutrients, and your body benefits from variety. I created Fennelly as a green juice built on a completely different set of greens, and deliberately without spinach, for everyone who prefers their greens without it.
Why it matters: Fennel, celery, romaine and lime provide natural electrolytes, which makes Fennelly an excellent post-workout juice. Arugula and romaine bring a distinct amino acid and nutrient profile from our other green juices, so rotating it into your week broadens what your body receives.
What's inside: 100% organic fennel, apple, arugula, romaine, celery and lime. Apple is the only fruit, in keeping with our one-fruit standard. Every green is chosen and measured for its nutritional contribution. Cold pressed in Toronto, never HPP'd.
How to enjoy it: Ideally, drink it after a workout, or rotate it with our other green juices through the fall and winter months. But honestly, consistency matters more than timing.
