Bloom Blend
A functional fertility juice formulated to support blood flow, hydration and circulation.
Why we make it: Bloom Blend was developed in partnership with Dr. Aisling Lanigan, ND, of Flourish, the naturopathic team working inside Twig Fertility in Toronto. As a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, I wanted to create a purpose-built juice for people on a fertility journey. Flourish reviewed and approved the formula, and it is the juice they recommend to their patients.
Why it matters: In a 2023 study of 436 women undergoing IVF (ICSI), those who drank a fresh beet, watermelon and ginger juice once a day, from embryo transfer until their pregnancy test, had a higher clinical pregnancy rate than those who did not (41% compared with 22%), with no side effects reported. (Halpern et al., JBRA Assisted Reproduction, 2023; 27(3): 490 to 495.) I have also watched people close to me drink Bloom Blend on their journey, including a close friend who conceived after eight years of trying. No juice can promise an outcome, but this is why the formula matters so much to me.
What's inside: 100% organic beets, watermelon and ginger, nothing else. Beets support healthy blood flow, watermelon hydrates and provides natural antioxidants, and ginger adds warmth and supports circulation and digestion. The ratio follows the research and is intentionally not sweet. Cold pressed in Toronto, never HPP'd.
How to enjoy it: Ideally, drink one bottle every day through your cycle or treatment. Bloom Blend lasts 4 days, so order a 4 pack and then a 3 pack to cover your week with every bottle fresh. Many customers continue after a positive test with the approval of their care team. But honestly, consistency matters more than timing. We always recommend checking with your fertility team, doctor or midwife about what is right for you.
