Why we make it: As a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, I choose apple as the foundation of many of our juices because it is grown locally and is gentle on the body. Straight Up Apple is that ingredient on its own, pure and simple.

Why it matters: Apples contain pectin, a soluble fibre that is gentle on the intestinal wall and supports healthy digestion. They also provide polyphenol antioxidants and natural hydration.

What's inside: 100% organic apples, nothing else. No water, no added sugar. Cold pressed in Toronto, never HPP'd.

How to enjoy it: Ideally, drink it mid-morning to early evening. But honestly, consistency matters more than timing.
