Proteins and Greens Saved my Life!
I am from Ottawa but was in Toronto for work and then headed to Waterloo for a four-day tournament for my kids. But I needed to stay on track with my nutrition, especially wanting to avoid eating out for 5 days. I had heard about Drink Juice Co from Suzan Galluzzo and stopped in for 5 days of meals plus skinny juice. It literally saved my life while I was at the tournament. While everyone else was eating poutine and hotdogs, I was eating proteins and greens and it was glorious.
